About the programme
Connect for Global Change is a brand-new programme that will award grants and provide support to small and medium-sized organisations in 11 European countries. In these countries we are working together to get EU citizens, especially young people and those new to global challenges, more involved in creating an inclusive, fair and sustainable world.
Our mission is to empower, engage, and connect EU citizens, and in particular youth and those less sensitive to and less involved with global challenges, to take shared responsibility to create a more inclusive, equal, and sustainable world.

EU DEAR Programme
Connect for Global Change is part of the EU DEAR Programme. The EU DEAR Programme supports projects that engage Europeans in global challenges. DEAR works with civil society organisations and local governments to promote global justice, human rights, sustainable development and democratic participation. It empowers people, especially young people, to take action.
