What you can expect

The toolkit consists of five modules that can be done separately:

Module 1. Understanding Global Challenges

Have knowledge of a number of relevant, related global challenges and understand their interconnectedness. Be able to use the Global Goals as a framework for your application. Know how to articulate your actions in a constructive way

Module 2. Meaningful Engagement

Understand the principles of meaningfully engaging others. Design actions for various people at various levels of engagement. Have tools to better understand your target group, including the less engaged. Have tools to engage with young people

Module 3. Involve and Cooperate

Understand the importance of involving actors from the Global South. Know the basics of why and how to cooperate. Have tools to make your cooperation with others a success & Have a tool to find relevant cooperation partners

Module 4. Be Gender Transformative

Have knowledge of the history of different approaches to gender equality in the field of development cooperation. Know how to incorporate a gender transformative and intersectional approach in your actions

Module 5. Measure your Impact

Understand the importance of measuring change. Know various methods to measure change. Know how to use various tools to measure the output and outcome of your activity
